SECTION 4 - SHIPPING, FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.
For orders delivered to the United States, standard delivery generally takes approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times for other destinations may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, local delivery conditions, and other factors outside our direct control.
Eligible orders of US$49 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below the applicable threshold may be charged a shipping fee. Any available shipping options and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Depending on inventory availability, product type, destination, and logistical requirements, orders may be fulfilled from our own facilities or from partner fulfillment locations. We do not represent that every order is shipped from a local warehouse.
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless we expressly state otherwise. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package appears to be lost, or you experience another delivery issue, please contact service@dwellivoa.com with your order number so that we can review the matter.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions, exclusions, and procedures set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
To request a return, contact service@dwellivoa.com and provide your order number, the item concerned, the reason for the request, and photographs or videos where relevant.
Unless we specifically instruct you otherwise, do not send returns to our registered business address. After a return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the appropriate return warehouse address and return instructions.
For preference-based returns, such as a change of mind where the product is otherwise correct and free from defects, the customer will generally be responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
